To take advantage of structured and documented business processes a comprehensive knowhow is required. The seminar business process modelling with ARIS contains the needed contents and provides a hands-on training for the participant in practical lessons.
This hands-on seminar comprises modelling techniques, functions of the ARIS toolset and basic conventions for business process modelling.
The participant is enabled to use ARIS as a modelling tool for designing and modelling business processes. In the practical lessons the software will be used to work on case studies.
